Divekar and Co. was established in the year 1921 by Mr Keshavrao Divekar , which means it will complete a 100 years in the profession very soon- 1st January, 2021.

Divekar and Co.’s erstwhile partner, Mr G.M Divekar has authored nearly 20 books ( Deeds and Documents, Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999, Hindu Law , Bombay Stamp Act etc.) which have got international acclaim and are used as ready reference by law students, lawyers and even jurists.

Divekar and Co.’s present partner, Dr Pallavi Divekar has also authored books and bare Acts on Contract Act and Specific Relief Act and has a blog, A Lawyer Speaks, where she writes Articles pertaining to day to day legal queries.
